HOW TO REDUCE OVERWEIGHT
In my practical experience, I like to share the secret of reducing overweight.
Point 1:
Daily walk for atleast 2 kms.Actually yoga,gym workout etc. are good to reduce overweight,but it is not possible for every human being,because of their daily schedules.But it is easy to walk,just step up from your home and walk ,because god has given us 2 legs to walk.If you see all animals go by walk only , they dont prefer bikes or cars.I know my wordings are little harsh, but i want you to think about that and live your life healthy and happily.
Point 2:
Eat limited food 3 times a day.Eat the food correctly at the same time.For eg:-If you eat breakfast at 8.00 AM,lunch at 1.00 PM,dinner at 8.00 PM.Then eat daily at the same time.
Point 3:
Always have self-control on taking foods. For Eg:-if i eat 6 chapattis for breakfast. Always eat 6 chapattis even you are hungry, you can take up to 7 chapattis. But don’t exceed 7.This is my personal experience, it definitely is going to have tremendous effect on reducing overweight.
Point 4:
If you follow the above tips daily, i am sure , you become very slim and good looking men or women.
So what ever i know, i have shared to you, if i know any other trick to reduce overweight in future, sure i will share that also.
